He built, owns and drives a exact Replica of a works Rallye Trabant of Gr.2 in 1980, like it was running at Acropolis Rally in Greece. None of the original 601RS still exists, also the Trabant Car Museum in Zwickau just owns a later 800RS. For sure, most of the still active Rallye Trabants are "much better prepared", with more horsepower or discbrakes. But this one shows the exact technology like it was used in the works car in 1980.
